  • Maine DOE Education Specialist Certificate with Guidance Counselor (075) endorsement
  • Current CHRC (Criminal History Record Check) through the Maine Department of Education.

Description:

The successful candidate will become an important member of the middle school team and a district level team committed to implementing a PK-12 Comprehensive Guidance Program.

Bus Driver

Hermon School Department is seeking a part-time Bus Driver, twenty hours per week with the potential to grow into more.

Qualifications: 

  • Clean driving record
  • State of Maine Department of Education CHRC approval
  • Class B Drivers License with school bus endorsement  

The HSD will support the selected applicant with securing the bus driver’s license if needed.

Substitute Teacher Openings
Hermon School Department is seeking substitute teachers for the 2018-2019 school year who have the ability to work positively with staff, and students. Candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to meeting the academic and social needs of each child.

Candidates must hold current CHRC authorization through State of Maine Department of Education.

This is a substitute position. This position does not provide benefits.
